Job Summary
At JPS Diesel, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support the success of our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating HR activities to meet organizational goals. This includes directing staff, planning budgets, reviewing projects, training staff, establishing policies, recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, typing correspondence, and managing databases.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct staff to achieve organizational goals
• Plan and manage budgets to support HR activities
• Review and analyze project progress
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Record and distribute meeting minutes
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
• Type and distribute correspondence
• Manage databases and maintain accurate records
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement changes as needed

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
