Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
Survalent is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within the electrical distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including posting positions, tracking candidates, and processing background and reference checks.
- Provide HR administrative support, maintaining employee files, assisting with new hire orientation, and submitting IT requests.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, track costs, and provide itineraries for employees.
- Handle catering requests for company meetings and participate in health and safety discussions.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality.
