Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate administrative functions in the HR department and H&S Management System
  • Handle full-cycle recruiting for various locations and departments
  • Aid in the onboarding of new employees
  • Monitor health and safety records and training files
  • Assist with WSIB and STD-related claims as needed

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Pursuing an HR designation is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel to other work locations as needed
