We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at King Tandoori Bar and Grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to plan, develop, and implement policies and programs that support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Recruitment: Plan and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

Requirements: A college degree or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
