We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Integrity Corp.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

You will also assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
