At DR. S.K. SAINI INC., we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
