We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Integrity Corp.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events;
  • Managing inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets;
  • Training staff on new procedures and policies;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or equivalent experience;
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
