Key Account Sales Manager

At Dr. Phone Fix, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient operations
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and oversee employee performance
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or related field
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
This role requires standing for extended periods and has a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary estimated at $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additional benefits include the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in sales and operations management.
