Redux Services Account Coordinator Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting all account activities of the Redux team in accordance with the Company's objectives and goals. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage customer records, and assist in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day account coordination activities, including handling inquiries, coordinating with 3rd-party service providers, and managing customer reports and record-keeping.
- Assist Redux Service Consultants with sales calls, site visit tracking, sales material preparation, and information consolidation.
- Support the resolution of Redux product and service problems and manage logging and recording of all incidents for review.
- Maintain Redux customer account data, including account details, contact information, and service reports.
- Research and compile information on new target customers to build Redux Program growth.
- Participate in training and adhere to the company Code of Conduct and all West Coast Reduction Ltd. policies.
Requirements:
- Two years of relevant customer service or equivalent education and experience.
- Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with a high degree of accountability towards projects and work assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and exercise initiative to ensure high-quality service in a high-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience working with ERP and CRM Systems is a strong asset.
