Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Bestcar Auto Sales Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that customer needs are met.
Responsibilities- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks to sales workers based on their strengths and areas of expertise.
- Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sell vehicles and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- A secondary school graduation certificate is required.
- The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
- They must be available for shift work or on-call duties.
- Must be able to relocate for this position if necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The position requires 30-40 hours of work per week.
