Key Account Business Development Manager

At Westburne, a division of Rexel, we are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Key Account Business Development Manager for a full-time, permanent position in Regina/Saskatoon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical relationships with our important potash customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts, develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Ensure clients benefit from our solutions, documenting total cost of ownership initiatives across assigned sites
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager with +5 years of experience
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects, maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with the potash industry is an asset
- Valid Driver's License
