Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing small and medium business customers, working towards targets to renew and expand the scope of current contracts.

Main Responsibilities">
  • Promote Dash Hudson's products and services to existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely renewal and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers and expand their contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and more.
