Job Title: Account Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Dash Hudson.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: As an Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing small and medium business customers, working towards targets to renew and expand the scope of current contracts.
  • Main Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate well across internal teams, and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding set targets. With 3-4 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management, you will be able to effectively adapt to a fast-paced industry and company.

Educational Requirements: A degree in business, finance, or accounting is considered an asset.
