Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients.
You will work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experiences, driving revenue growth through contract renewals and expansions. Your primary objective will be to proactively identify opportunities to create value for clients, delivering relevant content and promoting the adoption of new platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with legal counsel to administer approvals
- Pitch partnership value and propose pricing based on package guidelines
- Proactively seek out expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate account maps and records in CRM tools
- Provide strategic analysis and communicate platform value to clients
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
- A degree in business, finance, or accounting (an asset)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing industry
