About the Role:

The University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Physician Assistant Program. As the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the program's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize program activities, including course logistics, scheduling, and faculty support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including course schedules and student information
  • Prepare and disseminate program materials, including course timetables and updates
  • Provide administrative support for committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes
  • Develop and maintain web-based information and applications to support program operations

Requirements:

  • Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of related student services experience, preferably in a university and/or hospital environment
  • Experience providing administrative support to academic/educational programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
