This role is responsible for the management of divisional documentation, job-specific training program creation, and process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and successfully implementing document control, process improvement programs, and training materials. Key responsibilities include partnering with managers and front-line supervisors to understand their documentation, training, and process/procedure objectives, continuously evaluating and improving document control processes, and implementing and maintaining a centralized document repository or document management system. Additionally, the successful candidate will design and develop engaging learning experiences, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences for employees, and use a variety of tools to produce training content that promotes learning through self-study, practice, and performance support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic, and have experience delivering on multiple priorities, with excellent consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
