Program Administration / Customer Service Representative

CMG Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide administrative and operational support to our programs and clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of programs, including data entry, tracking, and reporting
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and monitor program schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery of all program components
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure program goals and objectives are met
  • Support the development and implementation of programs, including administration and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program files, records, and databases
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in program administration or customer service
  • Related Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
