About the Role

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. This includes establishing and implementing policies and procedures, managing contracts, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

You will also be responsible for answering telephone and electronic enquiries, compiling data and statistics, and ordering office supplies. Additionally, you will arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and provide customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations capacity. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also require a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of office software and systems. Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
