Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Jiemeng Group Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Determine staffing requirements and coordinate the recruitment process to identify top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates with the necessary skills and qualifications.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, as well as manage the interview process to ensure a smooth selection process.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their education, experience, and other relevant factors.
  • Counsel and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms of employment.
  • Coordinate the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
