Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate job applications to ensure the best fit for our organization
- Communicate with candidates to arrange interviews and selection processes
- Coordinate with managers to determine staffing needs and ensure seamless onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to source top graduates
- Participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations
- Notify applicants of selection outcomes and prepare job offers
- Degree from a college or university or non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is an asset
- Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek
- English language proficiency required
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
