Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Days Inn Vancouver Airport. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job notices, and screening applicants.

Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate job applications to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Communicate with candidates to arrange interviews and selection processes
  • Coordinate with managers to determine staffing needs and ensure seamless onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to source top graduates
  • Participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations
  • Notify applicants of selection outcomes and prepare job offers
Requirements
  • Degree from a college or university or non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is an asset
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek
  • English language proficiency required
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
