At TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales meetings with potential clients and develop project proposals.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve change notices and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Monitor and control costs, including preparing and processing shop drawings, progress claims, and final payment applications.

About You:
  • You have 6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • You hold a university or college diploma in a relevant construction or engineering program.
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, project scheduling software, and other relevant tools.
  • You have a valid provincial driver's license and can travel occasionally for site visits.

What We Offer:
