Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Strategist to join our team at Trail Appliances. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our HR activities align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities
  • HR Department Management: Coordinate and manage the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff members.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct research, recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews of employees.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary for this position. Based on industry standards and market trends, we estimate the salary range to be between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
