About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at ECONO GAS. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
  • Manage cash handling, reconcile transactions, and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop training plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment

Our gas station operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure work environment. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular walking and bending.
