About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at ECONO GAS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas bar and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office personnel, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and oversee the sale of merchandise to customers.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Gas bar environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
