Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
