About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at ECONO GAS. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
