Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at ECONO GAS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train a team of sales workers, apprentices, and other staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Assign Duties and Tasks: Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the gas station, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Manage Inventory and Cash: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of merchandise, and manage cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Issues and Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, and address any supply shortages or other operational issues.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff members, including adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The gas station is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
