Business Development Partner, Talent and Organizational Growth

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner, Talent and Organizational Growth to join our Training and Organizational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs that drive business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on talent management, retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance.
- Leadership Program Content Development: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required, to ensure it meets the needs of our business partners and employees.
- Program Coordination and Facilitation: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities, provide support to participants, and facilitate focus groups or group activities related to programs and initiatives when required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive, with excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom, or virtual discussions.
- Talent Management Knowledge: Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Project Management: Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written), with English being required for interaction with CIMA+ offices across Canada.
