About the Role

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner, Talent and Organizational Growth to join our Training and Organizational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on talent management, retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance.
  2. Leadership Program Content Development: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required, to ensure it meets the needs of our business partners and employees.
  3. Program Coordination and Facilitation: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities, provide support to participants, and facilitate focus groups or group activities related to programs and initiatives when required.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive, with excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom, or virtual discussions.
  4. Talent Management Knowledge: Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
  5. Project Management: Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written), with English being required for interaction with CIMA+ offices across Canada.
