About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at GroupM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders, ensuring organizational changes align with our business objectives and talent is deployed effectively.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions and drive operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention, aligning with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR leads across agencies and Canada-wide to innovate and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-organizational initiatives to elevate practices and roll out new programs and policies, driving business results.
  • Guide and support the business on highly confidential and sensitive HR issues, ensuring compliance with all provincial and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance to manage total rewards of all employees, ensuring a competitive and equitable compensation package.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated sound judgement and ability to assess a variety of situations and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Experience communicating and working directly with senior management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
