Key Responsibilities- Organizational Design and Classification: Develop operational models, conduct organizational assessments, and create organizational classification strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- HR Management and Human Resources Performance: Design and implement HR functions, develop employee competency plans, and facilitate organizational development efforts to enhance HR performance.
- Human Resources Development: Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs, and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
- Digital HR: Implement digital solutions to optimize HR processes, improve employee experience, and enhance business outcomes.
- Future of Work: Develop and implement flexible work arrangements, telecommuting policies, and skills/knowledge/jobs of the future to drive business success.
- Project Management: Plan, implement, and track projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
- University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
