About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify and pursue new commercial partnerships that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to partners and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of our value proposition.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Channel Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in channel sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
