Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions to clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners in the community, including car dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and effectively present tailored insurance products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing details.
- Collaborate with the agency team to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Proven sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- A strong background in customer service (retail, hospitality, resort, restaurant, conference center).
- A successful track record of meeting sales targets and quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and active listening.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong presentation skills are an asset.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Possession of OTL & LLQP designations (preferred/must be able to obtain).
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary of $44,000.
- Uncapped commission structure based on performance.
- Annual bonus opportunities subject to agency qualifications.
- Monthly/quarterly team promotions and bonuses.
- 3 weeks of paid vacation time.
- Comprehensive health and dental benefits (after 3 months).

- Potential for total compensation exceeding six figures.
