Vancouver Churchill College is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to drive business growth.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week with opportunities for advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
