About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Minimize customer wait times and provide timely assistance.
  • Greet customers and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to relevant parties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update dealership schedules and directories regularly.
  • Administer motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Must have daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
  • May be required to work on Saturdays as needed.
  • A reliable vehicle is considered an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or dealership experience is an asset.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Job Type: Temporary - Part Time/Casual (6 month contract)

Salary: $17.20 per hour
