Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Minimize customer wait times and ensure timely communication of messages.
  • Greet showroom customers and provide assistance with basic inquiries.
  • Update dealership schedules and directories on a regular basis.
  • Administer motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Must have daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
