Job SummaryWe're seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, guests, and fellow team members. You'll be the face of our club, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members and guests, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Perform retail transactions, promoting our Judgement Free Zone and driving sales goals.
- Resolve member concerns and escalate to management as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to become CPR/AED certified.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Free Black Card Membership.
