Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Minimize customer wait times and ensure timely communication with customers and staff.
  • Assist showroom customers with basic inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
  • Update dealership schedules and directories on a regular basis.
  • Perform motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory administration tasks.
  • Complete other related administrative tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service and administrative experience required.
  • Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills.
