Front Desk Coordinator

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Minimize customer wait times by efficiently handling inquiries and tasks.
- Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Communicate messages to relevant parties in a timely and effective manner.
- Update dealership schedules and directories regularly to maintain accuracy.
- Administer motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by management.
- Ability to work Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and administrative experience.
- Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent management support and guidance.
