Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, minimizing hold times and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet showroom customers, assist with basic inquiries, and communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update dealership schedules, manage motor vehicle licensing, and perform other related administrative duties as required by management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work the following shifts: Monday to Thursday 12:00 am - 8:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience required, with a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and proficiency in Google Drive.
