About the Role

This role involves selling Operational Talent Solutions to businesses, helping them find top talent to drive productivity and profitability. We also assist individuals in finding employment opportunities that match their skills and interests.

  • Identify potential clients who require temporary or direct hire workforce services and solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on investment for our clients
  • Expand our reach through a tech-enabled and personal approach
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
  • The ability to connect with others through various communication channels, including phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
  • A willingness to work in the office at least 2 days per week
  • The ability to visit client sites, which may not be accessible by public transportation
