Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in Brantford, Canada. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong sales skills and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive assistance and product knowledge.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a thorough understanding of products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Operations Management: Process transactions efficiently, handle cash register operations accurately, and maintain a well-organized sales floor environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales objectives, share knowledge, and support each other's success.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is an asset.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Salary:** $18.50 - $22.00 per hour (dependent on experience), plus commission-based sales incentives.
