Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at ALX Exploration Services. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Manage our inventory and ensure that all necessary materials are stocked.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Prepare and send correspondence, including emails and letters, on behalf of our team members.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management
- Assist with the preparation of our operating budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage our accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reporting and Data Entry
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, including financial reports and other administrative data.
- Enter data into our database and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
