Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Impressive Floors. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career in the flooring industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Impressive Floors' products and services to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual targets and contribute to overall department goals
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
- Collaborating with the installation team to ensure successful project execution
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers and driving sales growth
- The ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Availability to work on weekends as required
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission pay, an automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, and store discount benefits.
