Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at CLASSIC TIME. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Support: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Languages: Ability to communicate in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
