Administrative Support Specialist, Benefit Payments

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Benefit Payments team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly benefit payments.
Key Responsibilities- Data entry of various transactions into the pensioner payroll system to generate monthly payments.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness while updating information on G+, BP Flex, Trust & EPM systems.
- Understand and apply knowledge of tax legislation requirements and withholding appropriate taxes.
- Track daily volumes and prioritize work received to meet client deliverables and ensure timely updates.
- Provide administrative support to the benefit payment department processing approximately 500,000 pension payments per month.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential for serving clients and communicating with RBC partners and employees across Canada.
- Experience in the financial industry, particularly in pensions and benefit payment operations.
- Superior communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Additional InformationThis is a full-time salaried position, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week.
