At Fraser Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Executive Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
About the RoleThis is a Full-Time opportunity located in Port Moody, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, generating reports, and managing appointment calendars.
Responsibilities- Draft routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Research, organize, and summarize support materials
- Manage shifting appointment calendars and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate work flow within the assigned area
- Develop and implement new work methods and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education plus a recognized administrative or secretarial program, with five years of recent related experience in a large complex business or health care environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level is required.
