International People Solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Expansion Specialist to facilitate North American gaming companies in leveraging the advantages of our Incentives platform. This position offers a remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities- Expand partner portfolio and acquire new customers
- Represent our cutting-edge rewards technology
- Collaborate with the team to scale the business
- Document activities in the CRM
- Identify opportunities in the market for gaming publishers
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Business Development, proven ability to work independently, results-driven, with a hands-on approach.

- You have a book of business in a relevant network within the mobile gaming industry
- In-depth knowledge of the North American (US/CA) market, including the latest trends and customer preferences in the mobile gaming sector
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in Mobile Gaming optimization metrics Like ROAS/ROI/RR/ARPU and more
- Strong social skills and a genuine enjoyment of personal networking
