Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Expansion – Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing customer relationships by introducing additional Quest solutions.
• Retention & Renewals – Drive renewals and contract expansions to ensure long-term customer success.
• Account Management – Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships at C-level, IT leadership, and business unit levels.
• Solution Selling – Position Quest's Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to solve evolving customer challenges.
• Strategic Growth Planning – Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue, drive adoption, and strengthen customer engagement.
• Territory Management – Oversee a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers across a multi-state territory across Eastern Canada.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value realization.
• Market Intelligence – Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to drive growth.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of B2B software sales or account management experience, with a strong track record of growing existing customer revenue. They will also have experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software.
