We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Services Representative to join our team at Todd Lalonde - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of insurance products and identifying opportunities to grow their policies.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals and effective opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and referring to your team.
- Work with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively. A General License (OTL) or ability to obtain one is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Service/Sales experience
- A successful track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask
- Strong integrity, ethics, and adherence to regulatory compliance
- OTL (Property & Casualty License) preferred/must be able to obtain
