We strive to deliver legendary service to our customers by applying the McDougall principles of Trust, Honesty, and Integrity, aiming to build strong lasting relationships. With a growing team in Midland, Ontario, we seek a Customer Service Representative in Personal Lines to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service directly to clients after sales by Sales Executives.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels (in-person, phone, email, text) and process policy changes on the EPIC broker management system.
  • Offer quotations or estimates to clients on premiums, update information, confirm data and coverage, and record necessary changes or adjustments.
  • Collaborate with insurance company personnel as required.
  • Function as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance, and insurance companies, balancing their interests.
  • Contribute to the collection of accounts receivable and other tasks as needed.
  • Procure sales by upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
